A nice fresh wine, easily digestible with a low sulfite content. Light pink rosé, with a rich and powerful nose of strawberry, raspberry and a hint of herbs. The good acidity intensifies wild red fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry and cranberry) in combination with some spiciness of pink pepper and an intense final. Delicious for any time and delicious with spicy Asian cuisine, sushi and spicy tapas. Catering house wine or second house wine, which also applies to white and red wine. The Crazy Tropez rosé is also available in a sturdy magnum.
