No sex for Butterfly White

This white wine is a blend of Marsanne, Vermentino, Roussanne, Petit Manseng, Colombard and Muscat. The vineyard with a thick layer of pebbles is located on south-facing slopes. Immediately after harvest, the grapes are pressed, after which a maceration of 30 hours is applied. This is followed by vinification at 12 to 14°C. The wine then matures for 5 months in a cellar. The scent is citrus, blossom and exotic fruit. The taste is fresh, aromatic and full.

Château Valcombe is located at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the French Vaucluse. Château Valcombe has increasingly invested in organic viticulture in recent years. For example, so-called pheromones are used in the production of No Sex for Butterly wines to prevent butterflies from reproducing. This means that no pesticides need to be used. All wines from this series are pure, clean and elegant. Fantastic as an aperitif or with dinner.
