Génération Chardonnay

A small touch of Viognier has been added to this Chardonnay, making this full, but dusty wine with tropical notes and a long aftertaste with a typical southern French spiciness is highly recommended with Mediterranean dishes and of course good company.

Generation 0 is a new generation of wines for which the winemaker Pierrick Harang has been asked to create the first series. These wines are made with passion for people, nature and health. The wines are organic or sustainable with as few sulphites as possible and low in residual sugar. Quality always comes first, the expression of the terroir and the always beautiful intensity of the wines form the basis.
His family tradition goes back to the time when his great-grandfather was a wine producer in Algeria. After Algeria’s independence, his grandparents gave up everything and took refuge in France. His father continued his career in Champagne, where he was cellar master for high-quality champagne houses. Pierrick grew up with this passion for wine, it was instilled in him at an early age. After three years of scientific studies in Brest, Pierrick was accepted to the Training and Research Center in Oenology of Montpellier, where he graduated after two years!
