Deep red wine with purple shades. Beautiful deep aromas of red fruit such as blackberry, blackcurrant and raspberry on the nose. Very full, sultry and intense taste with a velvety and fruity aftertaste. Goes well with various meat and stew dishes. This wine will also not look out of place with a cheese board.
The vineyards of Copaboca are close to the town of Torrecilla de la Abadesa, in the province of Valladolid, within a bird nature reserve. Due to the sustainable scarification, the wines are certified as Green Wines. Thanks to an innovative and high-quality viticulture process, the wild animals and nature conservation policy go well with the Copaboca vineyard. With the Copaboca we contribute a portion to bird protection in the surrounding nature reserve.
