Yellow color with green reflections, clear and with fine and slow release of bubbles. Predominance of notes of dried fruit and notes of honey and syrups, with boxwood in the background. In the mouth it is broad, tasty and fragrant. Alsina & Sardà is a Bodega 50km west of Barcelona and started producing cava in 1982. From the beginning this was done with great respect for the environment and nature. They focus on the search for equilibrium in everything, from maintenance in the vineyard, to the ripening process of the grapes and the production of the wine. This philosophy pays off year after year because Alsina & Sardà has now built up a fine reputation for high-quality cavas. The Brut Blanc de Blancs Cava from Alsina Sarda immediately makes it clear that their standard is extremely high.
