This top Cava is greenish in color with some yellow overtones, lively bubbles and crown formation. The nose is mainly characterized by white citrus fruit, with nuances of sweet rolls and fresh yeast. On the palate this cava is very fresh, tasty and balanced. Delicious with sardines, tapas and seafood. Alsina & Sardà is a Bodega 50km west of Barcelona and started producing cava in 1982. From the beginning this was done with great respect for the environment and nature.
